The Drive Portal was designed to transform the way purchasing work, championing real engagement with the business.
Facing unprecedented growth and business change, JLR began exploring how a single way of working could be implemented to make setting up and communicating new programmes and projects across the Purchasing group quicker and simpler.
It also provided an opportunity to review existing business practices to standardise communication of project goals, milestones and news across the group.
Working in partnership with JLR at Sysdoc, we have been able to prototype, refine and design a solution to their problem.
